Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide, see the checkout for a breakdown of shipping costs for your location.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping isn’t included in the price just yet. You'll see the shipping cost added at checkout, based on where you are and how quickly you’d like your order to arrive.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is it possible to change my order details?
Once your order is placed, there’s a very short window to cancel it or change the delivery address. Please email us as soon as possible with your request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: once you receive your tracking number, we can no longer cancel the order or change the delivery address. At that point, please contact the courier directly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How long does it take to receive a reply from customer service?
Here at AM Components, we are a small, hands-on team. We aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as we can, however it may take up to 1-2 working days for us to get back to you - thanks in advance for your patience.
What is the policy for lost or damaged shipments?
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include launching an investigation with the courier, arranging a replacement, or issuing a refund.
Warranty & Returns
Can I return my product?
Yes, that's not a problem as long as the product is still in it's original condition. Shipping back to us is on you and we need a signed and tracked delivery service so that we know it has arrived properly. If you would like to start a return, please reach out by email and we will get back to you with more information.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. Your MIDI controller is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This means if your product has a manufacturing defect within two years, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
For customers outside the U.S., the same 1-year warranty applies, but local laws may vary. Regardless of where you are, we’re committed to making things right.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you’re unsure whether something is covered, just reach out — we’re here to help.

Product Specific
Will this work with any DAW?
Yes. MOD POD is a standard MIDI controller and is compatible with all major DAWs, including Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools, and more.
Does MOD POD require batteries or an external power supply?
MOD POD does not use batteries, and it doesn’t require a separate power supply in most situations. It’s fully USB-powered.
When connected to a computer or laptop (the most common use case), MOD POD receives power and sends data through the same USB cable - no extra steps needed.
If you're connecting MOD POD to external hardware using the 3.5mm TRS port (for example, to control analog synths), you’ll still need to power it via USB. This can be done by plugging into a computer, a USB wall adapter, a portable battery pack, or even a phone using a USB cable. As long as MOD POD receives USB power, it will function properly.
Does it work in tandem with other analog controllers?
Yes. MOD POD can be used alongside any existing MIDI controllers, keyboards, or analog gear.
Is MOD POD compatible with both Mac and PC?
Yes. It’s fully compatible with both macOS and Windows-based systems.
Do I need to install any drivers or software?
No drivers required—MOD POD is plug-and-play with most DAWs.
Can I customize what the knobs or buttons do?
Yes. The two knobs, the modulation wheel, and the aftertouch button can all be assigned to different effect parameters in most DAWs.
What kind of connection port does it use?
MOD POD connects via USB-C and includes a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
Will there be firmware updates or companion software?
Yes. Firmware updates will be available to expand functionality over time.
How big is MOD POD?
About the size of an iPhone—designed to be ultra-portable.
Can MOD POD replace my MIDI keyboard?
It’s not a keyboard, but it adds all the expressive functions most laptop setups lack—like pitch bend, modulation, and aftertouch.
Is it compatible with iPads or mobile DAWs?
MOD POD is designed primarily for laptops, but support for mobile workflows is in development.
