Shipping & Delivery
Yes we ship worldwide, see the checkout for a breakdown of shipping costs for your location.
We currently do not offer free shipping. Please see the available shipping rate(s) for your shipping address at checkout.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Once your order is placed, there’s a very short window to cancel it or change the delivery address. Please email us as soon as possible with your request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: once you receive your tracking number, we can no longer cancel the order or change the delivery address. At that point, please contact the courier directly.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Here at AM Components, Inc., we are a small, hands-on team. We aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as we can, however it may take up to 1-2 working days for us to get back to you - thanks in advance for your patience.
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include launching an investigation with the courier, arranging a replacement, or issuing a refund.
Warranty & Returns
Yes, as long as the product is still in it's original condition. Shipping costs to send back to us will be covered by you, and we need a signed and tracked delivery service so that we know it has arrived properly. If you would like to start a return, please reach out by email and we will get back to you with more information.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Your MIDI controller is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This means if your product has a manufacturing defect within one year, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
For customers outside the U.S., the same 1-year warranty applies, but local laws may vary. Regardless of where you are, we’re committed to making things right.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you’re unsure whether something is covered, just reach out - we’re here to help.

Product Specific
Yes. MOD POD is a standard MIDI controller and is compatible with all major DAWs, including Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools, and more.
MOD POD does not use batteries, and it doesn’t require a separate power supply in most situations. It’s fully USB-powered. When connected to a computer or laptop, MOD POD receives power and sends data through the same USB cable - no extra steps needed.
If you're connecting MOD POD to external MIDI hardware using the 3.5mm TRS port, you’ll still need to power it via USB. This can be done by plugging into a computer, a USB wall adapter, a portable battery pack, or even a phone using a USB cable. As long as MOD POD receives USB power, it will function properly.
Yes. MOD POD can be used alongside any MIDI-capable hardware.
Yes. It’s fully compatible with both macOS and Windows-based systems.
No drivers required—MOD POD is plug-and-play with most DAWs.
Yes. The two knobs, the two wheels, and the aftertouch button can all be assigned to different effect parameters within your DAW.
MOD POD connects via USB-C and includes a USB-C to USB-C cable.
Yes. Firmware updates will be available to expand functionality over time.

It’s not a keyboard, but it adds all the expressive functions most laptop setups lack like pitch bend, modulation, and aftertouch.
MOD POD is designed primarily for computers, laptops, and external MIDI devices, but support for mobile workflows is in development.
